Job Description
Are you an energetic, organised and motivated Accounts Payable Administrator looking for your opportunity in the Primary Industries sector? AFFCO Castlecliff is seeking a professional and experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join the team at our plant located in Whanganui.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who is organised and can ensure that all duties are completed in a professional and timely manner. You will also provide administration support to multiple areas of the business, so clear communication skills are a must. The role requires a high degree of accuracy and the ability to identify and reconcile a high volume of invoices and paperwork. You may also be required to perform payroll tasks when required.
To be considered for this position, you will have:

- Strong organisational skills that allow you to prioritise work effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- A reasonable degree of numeracy and financial acumen
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and well within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach other staff
Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Previous Accounts payable experience
- Experience D365 platform (or similar)
- Reporting /data analysis experience
